CANCELLATION POLICY

Full Refund: Guests who cancel before 1PM 5 days prior to arrival will receive a 100% refund of payment.

Partial Refund: Guests who cancel after 1PM 5 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of every night but the first one. No refund of the first night or the service fee.

SMOKING POLICY

No Smoking Allowed: All guest residences and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. Any violation of this policy will be assessed a $500.00 cleaning fee per occurrence. Second occurrences will be considered grounds for eviction and forfeiture of deposits.

PET POLICY

Pets are welcome: A signed Pet Agreement form must be in place before any cat(s) or dog(s) up to 50 lbs. will be allowed in a residence or public area. A maximum of two pets allowed. (No reptiles, birds, fish, or exotic animals.) A Pet fee of $250/pet must be paid at the time of reservation. Contact host for more details.

FEES

Unit Cleaning Fee: $100 per stay up to 30 days. Stays longer than 30 days are subject to an extra cleaning fee of $100 for every additional 30 days.

Pet Cleaning Fee: A $250 non-refundable cleaning fee is mandatory per pet. A $500 non-refundable cleaning fee applies for the two pet maximum.

Early Check-in Fee: Guests may request an early check-in for a fee of $30. Early check-in begins at 11AM on the day of check-in. Service based on availability. Contact host for more details.

Late Check-out Fee: Guests may request a late check-out for a fee of $30. Late check-out ends at 12PM on the day of check-out. Service based on availability. Contact host for more details.
